ON A PERSONAL NOTE: RESOLUTIONS 2011
I know this is late but here are my resolutions for the new year. With all that's happened to me over the past six months I am not going to be too hard on myself and start my resolutions on July 1.
1) Take a weekend trip once a month
2) Lose 20-40 pounds (by this time next year
3) avoid cigarette smoke
4) Take Omega 3, 6, 9 oils everyday as well as St. John's Wort and other vitamins
5) Tone my body up
6) rejoin a gym and actually work out
7) eat less fast food burgers and less beef in general
8) SEND OUT FOR AT LEAST FIVE JOBS
9) Keep stress level low
10) Have at least five issues of the book plotted
11) Begin work on the e-magazine
12) Start taking more pictures for photography
13) Take driving lessons
14) Take bar tending lessons
15) Try to visit Mom 5 times a year at least
16) Go to church more
17) Pay at least 6 months of the mortgage
18) Try and follow the DASH DIET http://www.dashdiet.org/
19) Try to improve wardrobe
20) CONTINUE SCHOOL. Change major
